1. Services & Seasonal Philosophy
Terra Tovela provides farm-to-table catering and meal services. Our menus are driven by local market availability. We reserve the right to make comparable substitutions for ingredients based on seasonal harvest fluctuations to ensure the highest quality.

3. Cancellations & Postponement
Full-Service Events: Deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs less than 45 days before the event, the client is responsible for the full contracted amount. Postponements are subject to date availability; if a new date is unavailable, it is treated as a cancellation.
Online Orders (Terra Tovela Fresh): All online meal orders require a 72-hour cancellation notice for a full refund. Orders cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice are non-refundable as ingredients are sourced specifically for your order.
4. Alcohol Service
Terra Tovela provides "Service Only" for alcohol. The client is responsible for providing all alcohol and obtaining any required Washington State Banquet Permits. Terra Tovela staff will serve responsibly, but the client assumes "Host Liquor Liability."
5. Health, Safety & Allergens
Terra Tovela operates out of a commercial kitchen in Snohomish County. While we follow strict sanitization protocols, our kitchen handles gluten and common allergens. We cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free environments.
Leftovers: For food safety, we will package leftovers in disposable containers. Once packaged, the client assumes all liability for the proper cooling, reheating, and consumption of said food.

6. Equipment & Property
The client is responsible for any loss or damage to rentals, glassware, or catering equipment caused by guests, up to the full replacement value of the items.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal actions shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Snohomish County.
